UI Bakery publishes Pawn Break. No Pawn Break account or registration is required.

Local progress

The widget keeps rating, streak and bounded assignment identifiers for counting outcomes once in browser-local storage, under a separate public-mode key. It uses memory when storage is blocked or corrupt. Clearing the host’s local/site data removes that state. Local data can remain until host cleanup. No cross-device, cross-chat or account isolation guarantee is made.

Public requests

Opening requests send only an automatic or explicit trigger, with no user or conversation identifiers. Automatic openings receive a random board token; completion reads and signals send that token only. The server retains at most 10,000 temporary completion records in process memory, treats them as expired after six hours, and loses them on restart. Tokens are not accounts, chat identifiers or local puzzle assignment IDs. Subsequent puzzle reads send only a rating filter and optional last public puzzle ID through the host’s MCP bridge. Assignment IDs, outcomes, prompts, transcripts and chat/turn identifiers are not sent to the public server. The app does not keep remote user profiles or result histories.

Hosting and logs

Network addresses are processed by the HTTPS hosting platform. Pawn Break does not keep an IP-based request counter. Pawn Break does not write raw tool requests or puzzle results to logs. Startup and technical error logs are collected by the existing Compartment hosting platform. Container logs rotate at 10 MiB with up to five files per container; central platform logs may persist beyond container rotation or app restart. No fixed deletion period is promised for central operational logs; contact the publisher about deletion requests.

Puzzle supply and hosts

The server can request public puzzles from Lichess; Lichess receives the server’s network request, not the widget’s local progress. ChatGPT/Codex and the hosting provider process connection traffic under their own policies. No advertising or analytics service is added.

Contact and control

Clear host local data for local deletion. Contact support for privacy questions or requests concerning operational data held by the publisher. Do not include private prompts or credentials in a public issue.
